Full Terms & Conditions (Extended Version)

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Hestia™ “Buy It. Review It. Get Up to $20” Promotional Activity (“Promotion”) operated by HomeHero Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By participating in the Promotion, you (“Participant”) agree to be bound by all Terms, conditions, guidelines, limitations, and provisions described herein.

1. Eligibility Requirements

1.1. Participants must be at least 18 years of age, with valid proof of age available upon request.
1.2. Participants must be legal residents of the United Kingdom or the United States of America; residents of other jurisdictions are not eligible unless the Company explicitly extends the Promotion.
1.3. Participants must be the original purchaser of the promoted product from the official Hestia sales channel. Orders from unauthorized third-party sellers, wholesalers, or gift purchases do not qualify.
1.4. Only one submission per order is permitted.

2. Participation Obligations

2.1. Participants must create original video content featuring the Hestia™ Japanese Cherry Blossom Eye Cream. Content must comply with the terms and acceptable use policies of the platform used (TikTok, Instagram, or future approved platforms).
2.2. Video content must be publicly viewable on TikTok or Instagram for the entire duration of the Promotion.
2.3. Participants must include a Hestia-provided link in their profile bio continuously until compensation is issued. The absence of the link at any time may result in disqualification.
2.4. The posted content must not contain profanity, explicit content, hate speech, or any material deemed inappropriate or harmful to the Hestia brand at the sole discretion of the Company.
2.5. Participants must submit the full video URL to support@homeheroeu.com for verification. Screenshots are not accepted. Private or restricted posts are not eligible.

3. Reward Structure

3.1. Rewards are issued solely based on verified video view count, as determined by the Company at the time of manual verification.
3.2. Payment tiers are as follows:

  • 10,000–49,999 verified views → $5 USD

  • 50,000–99,999 verified views → $10 USD

  • 100,000–499,999 verified views → $15 USD

  • 500,000+ verified views → $20 USD

3.3. No reward shall be payable for videos that fail to achieve a minimum of 10,000 verified views.
3.4. View counts suspected of being artificially inflated via bots, purchased views, engagement pods, or non-organic methods will void eligibility.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Payments are issued exclusively via PayPal or bank transfer. Participants must provide a valid PayPal email address or bank transfer depending on their country.
4.2. Payments may take up to 14 business days after verification.
4.3. The Company reserves the right to withhold payment pending further investigation if fraudulent, suspicious, or non-compliant behaviour is detected.

5. Brand Ambassador Consideration

5.1. Participants who successfully complete the Promotion may be considered for ongoing Hestia Brand Ambassador opportunities.
5.2. Ambassador selection is discretionary and not guaranteed. Completion of the Promotion does not constitute an offer of employment, partnership, or long-term collaboration.

6. Additional Conditions

6.1. The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.2. The Company is not responsible for platform errors, algorithm updates, shadowbanning, or any third-party action affecting video performance.
6.3. Participants grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use submitted content for promotional or advertising purposes.
6.4. Participation in the Promotion does not entitle the Participant to any direct affiliation with the Company.
6.5. All decisions made by the Company regarding eligibility, verification, and payment are final and binding.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, or expense arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, including but not limited to content removal, account bans, payment delays, or unmet expectations.
7.2. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any third-party claims relating to their submitted content.
